An oil painting class working from a seasonal floral bouquet.

This will be about learning to look, experimenting with colour, responding to what is in front of you and spending a Saturday morning completely immersed in paint.

I'll begin each session with a demonstration, sharing how I approach a floral painting, before you spend the morning painting from the arrangement. I’ll be there throughout to offer individual guidance, encouragement and help when you need it.

Everything is provided, including oil paints, brushes, easels and painting surfaces, but if you have your own brushes, feel free to bring them along. There will also be tea and coffee available throughout the morning.
